Accomodation Terms & Conditions
Payment is required upon departure, unless otherwise arranged with reception prior to arrival.
7 days written notice is required to cancel any accommodation booked, cancellations made after this time will be charged 50% of the tariff price charged.
A booking which is confirmed in writing, may be cancelled without financial penalty up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If you cancel accommodation less than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, a charge will be made equivalent to 50% of the Rack rate tariff price charged.
Conference / Meeting Room Accommodation
A booking made for a meeting room or conference which is confirmed in writing or by fax may be cancelled without financial penalty up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to this date, a charge will be made, equivalent to 50% of the room rate hire or conference delegate rate per person, unless we are able to re-let the room.
We will hold liable for these cancellations charges, the company or individual that makes the original booking and confirmation.
